Agreement
These terms are between you and Magnesium Consultants, LLC and govern your use of the HomeHooray app. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can use HomeHooray
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the children you add. By signing up you confirm this and consent, on your family's behalf, to the data practices in our Privacy Policy, including the collection of your children's voice recordings.
Your account
You are responsible for your household's account, for the people you add, for keeping your password and parent PIN private, and for the activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Use HomeHooray only for your own family and lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other households' data, and do not upload content that is illegal or that you do not have the right to share.
Paid plans
Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices and what's included are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time from the billing portal in Settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Payments are handled by Stripe. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law; cancelling stops future renewals.
Cancellation and deletion
You can delete your household and all of its data at any time from Settings, then Security. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
HomeHooray is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnesium Consultants, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; if we make a material change we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you. These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA.
